Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication you will be able to order your prescriptions using your specially printed order form which is attached you your prescription. You may have to make an appointment with your usual GP to request medication which is not on your repeat prescription record. The receptionist will inform you if this is necessary. Once your request has been made please allow 48 hours before collection.

Please note that we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the phone

Repeat prescriptions can be requested in a number of ways:

You can hand your repeat prescription order form into the surgery. We have a post box in the vestibule area situated at the main door for your convenience. Alternatively, your order form can be posted in the letter box at the side of the building. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like to have your prescription posted out to you.
You can arrange for your pharmacist to collect your prescription from the surgery on your behalf. They will also deliver your medication to you at your home on request. Please speak to your local pharmacist for further information.
